Days 1-2HelsinkiWalk through Senate Square, into the Russian Orthodox Church and the National Theatre to experience Helsinki's diverse heritage. Marvel at the grandeur of Suomenlinna - an 18th century sea fortress.
Days 3-4TallinnCatch a ferry across the Gulf of Finland to Estonia's charming capital. There's time to see the impressive Kadriorg Palace, designed for Peter the Great, and to explore the quaint Old Town and stately Toompea Castle.
Day 5RigaResting on the shores of the Daugava River, pretty Riga is renowned for its Art Nouveau architecture and welcoming locals. Visit the city's fascinating open-air Ethnology Museum before shopping in the colourful central market.
Days 6-7Curonian SpitHome to ancient Pagan beliefs, the Curonian Spit is captivating, with its traditional wooden architecture nestled among the highest drifting sand dunes in Europe.
Days 8-9VilniusCosmopolitan Vilnius will draw you in with its beautiful Baroque architecture and vibrant arts scene.
Days 10-11Aukstaitija National ParkHike and canoe through lush forest to appreciate the natural wonders of this delightful national park.
Days 12-13WarsawThe current pace of social change makes Warsaw an exciting place to be. Come to grips with the city's turbulent history on a walk through the Old Town and perhaps experience its rich culture with a trip to a unique puppet theatre.
