Neil began his career in the travel industry nineteen years ago when he opened Ul-Tra Business Travel n April of 1990.   He applied his previous management experience working with major corporations like Caterpillar, Schlitz Brewing and Stroh Brewery.  A commitment to customer service is the core of Neil's  philosophy and service excellence was his total focus when he opened Ul-tra Business Travel in the Milwaukee area.  While with the UNIGLOBE Franchise, Ul-Tra Travel achieved the top awards of Star Designation each year for 15 years and Chairman's Circle status for five years.  Neil currently serves on the Advisory Board for Funjet Vacations in Wisconsin.

Elaine has the distinction of being the first employee hired for Ul-Tra Business Travel back in February of 1990. She shies away from admitting her over 25 years in travel, but her energy and vigor is that of a newly hired travel professional. Her experience as the former manager of Ul-Tra serves as an excellent basis for her day to day decisions on travel bookings. Although Elaine resides in the greater Phoenix area, you would think she is sitting at a desk in Milwaukee due to Ultra-Business Travel's sophisticated phone system. Elaine is available on a part time basis to assist you with your business or vacation travel needs.

Elaine (Lainy) has worked with Ul-Tra Travel for almost 16 years. After 30 years in the Travel Industry in Milwaukee, she moved to Phoenix where she is lucky to be working in her home and Neil is lucky to go there for R & R. Elaine's forte is loving people and sending them to places they will love.

Ann joins us as an alumnus of Regency Travel along with Mary. Ann works part time, and enjoys a full time position at Land's End. But her love and knowledge of travel have her remaining in the travel industry and adding her expertise to Ul-Tra Business Travel. She is excellent on organizing and that is evidenced by her working with groups that have specific needs in the travel world. She is always willing to assist. Even when she isn't working at the agency, she is always willing and ready to answer emails or voicemails that you might send her way.
