This might be the solution you have been looking for! Vacation is a new all natural product. When watered into the soil it causes the plant to self-induce a state of temporary drought resistance. After being treated with Vacation, plants will be drought resistant for up to two weeks, or until normal watering is resumed. It is non-toxic, and completely safe for pets and people, and can be applied to ornamentals as well as vegetables and herbs.
With the Summer Heat in full force be sure to give trees, or shrubs that have been in the ground less than a year extra water. We suggest in addition to regular watering from the sprinklers, water these plants with hose on a trickle twice a week for about 30 minutes each time. That allows the water to get down the the roots and thoroughly soak them. Now is a great time to apply some of David's famous Compost Tea. Pick up a gallon and apply it to all your planting areas. The Tea is full of many living micro-organisams that feed your soil which in turn helps your plants absorb the needed nutrients to stay healthy. Available every Saturday morning! |
