A traditional Irish peasant dish that has since become a gourmet meal! Beef sirloin tips, browned in Guinness, with red potatoes, onions, corn, peas, carrots & our special blend of seasonings. Served in a bread bowl.

 

 

CHICKEN FRIED STEAK


A Texas tradition! Served with mashed taters & veggie of the day and smothered in country gravy.

 

 

CORNED BEEF & CABBAGE


Slow cooked in Guinness, brown sugar & peppercorns, this hand carved corned beef brisket is topped with a creamy mustard sauce and served on a bed of red potatoes, cabbage & carrots, sauteed in a creamy dill sauce
