2009 Christmas Market Trip

We leave on Saturday morning on the 6:12 AM train for Chicago, arriving there at 10:40 AM. Transfers to our hotel, the Palmer House Hilton. Rest of the day is free to spend as you wish - or you may accompany Mecki to the authentic German Christmas Market at Daley Plaza.

Sunday morning starts out at leisure with a good American Breakfast in the hotel. The rest of the day is free to spend as you wish. Transfers to Union Station will leave the hotel at 4:30 PM. Mecki will pick up a picnic supper to eat on the train. Our train will leave at 5:55 PM, arriving back in Quincy at 10:23 PM.

Cost per person in a double room $225 - which is LOWER than it has been in 5 years!
