For 27 years Arlene has been the co-owner of Action Travel Center, with offices in Solon and Ashtabula, Ohio. She has been involved in the travel industry for over 33 years with her expertise in group travel and cruises vacations. Arlene has been actively involved with both Radio and TV for over 20 years as a guest travel expert. She has appeared frequently on the following TV programs, , 5 years on WKYC's AM Cleveland, 3 years with WJW's PM Magazine where Arlene traveled over the world with the program's hosts, and she produced and hosted a Sunday morning travel show on WJW TV, for 2 years.

Radio has been an important part of Arlene's career. She produced and hosted "Travel Talk" for 10 years, a one hour radio program both on WERE and WHK.

Currently, for the past 3 seasons, Arlene appears on TV every Wednesday morning on WKYC "Good Company Today Show" where she brings the "Hot Travel Deal of the Week".

Live Magazine honored Arlene as one of the top 40 Cleveland Women in Business. The National Association of Women Business Owners also honored Arlene twice, first as one of the "Top 20 Business Women" and then as "Women Business Owner of the Year" of Greater Cleveland.
