V.I.P. Travel was founded by a unique combination of travel professionals and business travelers. Our purpose was to provide the business traveler with the highest quality of service at the lowest possible cost. We have been dedicated to this goal since inception. V.I.P. Travel is locally owned and operated. From the beginning we determined the key ingredients for our success to be a Professional Staff, Dedication to Service, a Corporate Program, our Reputation, our Integrity, and our Financial Strength. We have strived to reach these goals and are proud of our success. In 2000 we merged with Professional Travel Inc., headquartered in North Olmsted. Collectively this allows us to offer the advantages of a larger firm while maintaining a high level of personal service to our clients.

Administration
	Jane Lang, CTC President janel@viptrvl.com 330-264-5554 800-232-6000	Jane began in the travel industry in 1977 with American Airlines in downtown Cleveland. She worked in leisure and corporate sales for the Ohio Automobile Club. Jane co-founded V.I.P. Travel in 1983 and has served as President since. She has been responsible for the corporate sales and marketing of V.I.P. Travel. She has also accompanied many groups over the past 20 years and is available to assist you with your group. Her dedication to SERVICE has set the standard for the company and continues to be the only product they sell.
	Linda Phillips Vice President lindap@viptrvl.com 330-264-5554 800-232-6000	Linda began her career in the travel industry in 1977 as a corporate agent for the Ohio Automobile Club. During her seven years with the Ohio Auto Club she held various corporate, leisure and international agent positions. She joined V.I.P. in 1984 as a senior corporate and international agent and held supervisory and management positions until being named Vice President and Director in 1989. Linda attended the University of Akron majoring in Business Administration and has attended numerous industry training sessions.

She specializes in Caribbean and honeymoon travel. She has attended many travel workshops and seminars and has earned her certification in Palace Resorts of Mexico, Aruba Certified Expert and Certified Sandals Specialist. Having traveled to Europe, Hawaii, Mexico, Tahiti and most Caribbean Islands, Stephanie has the experience to plan your next dream vacation. Her unique travel experiences combined with her passion for travel make Stephanie an excellent vacation consultant.

She has traveled to Mexico, Hawaii, Alaska and several Caribbean islands. She has cruised with 4 different cruise lines and can give you first hand advice on that special vacation. She has extensive knowledge in domestic and international tours and cruises. Wendy also specializes in family vacations to Walt Disney and other all-inclusive resorts.

Her work experience varies from leisure travel to international corporate sales. She has traveled extensively throughout Mexico and the Caribbean. Her goal as an agent is to find the right vacation for you and to make your dreams come true. She works with individuals as well as groups and SERVICE is her specialty.
