Diane has been in the travel industry for over 30 years, starting with her employment with Eastern Airlines in the 1970's. She naturally progressed to a travel agent position where she excelled in group and incentive travel. In 1984, Diane decided it was time to open an angency based on her strong belief of customer service, and Travel Trends, Ltd was born! Since 1984, Diane has prided herself on offering the best travel services coupled with outstanding customer service. Her motto has always been 'without the customer, there is nothing else!' Diane is a member of several travel industry advisory boards, including the Ensembel Travel Group that boasts over 7000 agency members. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of travel, and will still take the time to look up a simple airfare for a client. Diane is a working owner that takes care of her clients, but her office staff as well. She is proud to provide a wonderful work atmosphere for her consultants, who she will also call her friends! Accounting Manager
Nita is the longest standing member of the Travel Trends staff. She has been a member since 1984 when Diane began the business. Nita is a crucial part of our business, she manages and maintains all of our accounting and customer records - a huge job that she enjoys!
