There are several small resorts offering an opportunity to get off the beaten track and experience the islander's laid back lifestyle, hospitality and tranquility. The island was once a volcano and has few sandy beaches, but offers numerous dive spots, two of which are world renowned - Rainbow Reef and the great Sea Reef.
