For instant air, rail, hotel, and car rental reservations.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
If you are receiving discounted rates with hotels, we will continue to maintain those rates for you. If you are not presently receiving discounts, we can help you obtain them. Our agents will always request the lowest available corporate rate.

AUTO RENTAL RESERVATIONS
As with the hotels, if you are receiving discounted rates we will continue to maintain those rates. If you are not presently receiving discounts we can be instrumental in helping you obtain them.

SEAT ASSIGNMENTS
Our computerized system provides seat assignments for our clients with any airline allowing preseating arrangements. Our system will recheck for desired seats when clients preferences are not available.

QUAILITY CONTROL, PROGRAM
Longwood Travel's commitment to quality and personal SERVICE insures that every ticket and document leaving our office has been checked and double-checked by our quality control personnel.
