Description: The "Lake View Vacation Villa" is newly built large 6 Bedroom, 5.5 Bath Vacation Home, 4 Master Suites and south facing Private Pool, comfortable pool furniture to enjoy the relaxing sunny days lounging around the pool. The pool area is equipped with "children safety net" for the safety of the little ones. The Lake View Vacation Villa is beautifully decorated and fully equipped including plasma TV in the living room and TV in each master suites. Emerald Island Resort is a gated community, far enough to feel like your own tropical hideaway. Great location for all Orlando main attractions, Florida beaches and plenty of beautiful Golf Courses nearby including the new Champions Gate, designed by Greg Norman. Lots of shops including a new 24 Hours Wal Mart Super Center and Publix Supermarket and excellent restaurants just a short drive away. Perfect "Home Away From Home" for your family vacation. Everything you want to do on your Florida vacation is easily accessible. This beautiful vacation villa includes Air Conditioning and Heating, Cable TV's, DVD's, Dishwasher, Washer and Dryer, Hairdryers and fully equipped kitchen. A portable crib and high chair are available at no extra cost. Emerald Island Resort comes with all amenities such as: Gated entry, beautiful Clubhouse, Reception and social areas, Guest services, Cyber cafe, Arcade, Sundry shop, Fitness room, Putting green, Large Community Pool area, splash area tot lot, sand volleyball court, soccer field and spa. Minimum Nights : It is required 5 nights minimum stay
Check-In : Not before 04:00 pm
Check-Out : Not after 10:00 am
Pool Heat : $ 20.00 per night - from October to May always requested and paid upon reservation
