DayDestinationDescription
Day 1SydneyOn Day 1, you will take an early morning flight from Sydney to Parkes where you will be met by your hosts and start your Australian outback adventure (private transfers can be quoted upon advice of pickup point when booking).

Once you have settled into your air-conditioned suite in a contemporary take on Australian bush buildings of old, it will be time to partake of some fabulous cuisine and wines and work out how much or little you want to do while you are there. Take time to tour the remarkable art and antique collection, relax in the indoor or outdoor spa, or get your bearings during a quad bike tour of the station.
Day 2SydneyOn Day 2 you can immerse yourself in the landscape, wildlife, adventure and hands on involvement in the daily running of an Australian cattle and sheep station. Then again you may laze by the pool, go fishing, canoe along the tranquil billabong in the wildlife reserve, or join in feeding time with the cattle, sheep and alpacas. You will also be able to update your knowledge of cutting edge technology and sustainable agricultural methods, if that interests you.
Day 3SydneyOn Day 3, it is a heartfelt goodbye to Australian country hospitality as you make your way back to the bright lights and energy of Sydney. You will be met at the airport and transferred to your fabulous hotel overlooking Sydney Harbour. The rest of the day is yours to relax or take in some Sydney sights or culture.
Day 4SydneyOn Day 4, we invite you to visit to Taronga Park Zoo to get up close with Australian animals, visit the Bondi Beach or spend time on Sydney Harbour. Early evening you will make your way to indulge in a multi-course dinner in one of Sydney's award winning restaurants.
Day 5SydneyOn Day 5, after a leisurely breakfast overlooking Sydney Harbour, it is on to the next part of your journey.
