Reservations
A deposit equal to 50% of the total is required within seven business days to confirm your reservation. Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure.  This may differ from destination to destination and during Holiday periods. If you are within 90 days of departure when you make your reservation, 100% of the total is due within seven business days to confirm your reservation.

Cancellations and Guarantee
Cancellation penalties can differ broadly from destination to destination.  In the Dominican Republic we guarantee your trip. What this means is if you don’t won’t to cancel, you can reschedule you trip at any time up to the planned check in date with only a minimum rebooking charge. Generally speaking the minimum cancellation penalties are as follows: all cancellations are subject to a minimum charge of $150 per person for resort hotels, $200 per person for condos and $250 per person for Villas. Cancellation requests received 90 days or less prior to departure are Refunded at $50% of the sale price. We strongly urge you to take TRIP

CANCELLATION INSURANCE  which is available through NextLevel Vacations travel services.  Christmas and Thanksgiving bookings are non-refundable. Please check at point of booking for exact cancellation penalties for your rental.  

Security and Damage Deposits                                            
Security and Damage deposits vary from destination to destination and from villa to villa.  Generally speaking, you will be required to comply with the policy of the resort. In some instances, no deposit may be required but you will be liable for any damages caused by you and your party.

Occupancy by the Numbers                                                
No parties, weddings or large gatherings allowed in the villas without written permission. Villas may not be occupied by more guests than specified in the resort rental contract.  Rates are based on occupancy and additional fees may apply.
Tax, Service Charges & All-Inclusive                                                 
A 6.5% tax will be applied for all reservations. In some instances a service charge may also apply. The Lifestyle Hacienda Vacation Club in the Dominican Republic is a mandatory All-Inclusive resort with NextLevel Vacations.  Please check at point of booking to confirm the exact Tax, Service charge or All-Inclusive charge for your specific rental.

Responsibility
NextLevel Vacations acts only as agent for accommodations and assumes no responsibility for property loss or damage, nor liability for injury, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason or defect in any vehicle or the acts of any company or persons engaged in conveying the passengers to or from their accommodations.  If for any reason beyond its control, NextLevel Vacations is forced to cancel the booking made by the client or his agent, best efforts will be made to offer another property of equivalent standard with which the client will be in agreement.  If the price of the alternative property is less, the difference will be refunded to the client, but if the price is higher the client must pay the difference.  If however, no agreement can be reached, both parties are entitled to cancel.  NextLevel Vacations will refund to the client only the rental price paid; no other amounts will become due.
