Mann's Honeymoon

This is a great story to tell, my name is Travis and I want to tell my story of the OUTSTANDING service from Mark @ Dreamers Travel. I was looking for a Honeymoon trip, now I always used a local Travel Agency for a long time for my past vacations.
My wife (to be) and I were browsing the mall, looking around-not realizing there was a consumer show at the mall and came across Laura of Dreamers Travel. I started to speak to Laura about our Honeymoon-she was so nice and personable, she offered her ideas and gave us some brochures. We went home to browse the brochures.Monday morning I called and asked to speak to Laura, Mark said she was not in, a few days later I called to speak to Laura again, and she was out on appointments, so Mark identified himself to me, and from there I planned our Honeymoon with Mark. Mark was so detailed in his services to offer us the PERFECT Honeymoon, Mark was operating from our pockets and not his, he was not pushy and or trying to over-sell me.
I know I had to get on his nerves-I called him almost EVERY Monday from March til November, he was always patient and pleasant. I changed this, added that and all he kept saying-is you are funny Travis, he was AWESOME. The many thing''s I liked about Dreamers Travel is 1) someone ALWAYS answered the phone when I called and 2) if they didn''t answer the phone, Mark called back within minutes of leaving a message 3) they worked around my schedule and NOT theirs 4) they do NOT have any additional fees or booking fees 5) they met us and hand delivered our travel documents to us.
 
Our Honeymoon-
We did 5 nights at Disney and 7 nights Sandals Dunn''s River Falls in Ocho Rios Jamaica. Now being the bargain shopper I am and working with my other Travel Agent for years, I compared the prices from my other agent and the Internet-and NO One, I mean NO ONE gave me the prices AND the service provided by Dreamers Travel. Once he beat the prices I was looking for, we booked our trip with Mark and Dreamers Travel. Working with Mark made Stacie and I feel like we have known him for years, he was caring, took the time to listen and was VERY patient in EVERYTHING we wished for. I even called him when we arrived at Disney to say-hey,get this, they gave us 2 double beds,Mark said, hang on and within minutes-he had us in a room with a King bed-he was amazing. (For anyone planning on going to Disney-get the meal plan-it was great) and call Mark. Some of my friends were telling us not to go to Jamaica for this reason and or that one, I took Mark''s advice and went to Jamaica and let me tell you-we LOVED it-the people were so friendly and we did excursions off site and they were great too. I miss it already and have already told Mark to work on our anniversary to Sandals Whitehouse. I guess to make a longer story short-the service that Mark and Dreamers Travel provides is the absolute BEST-they listen,they care and they take care of all the work so all you and I have to do is show up and have fun. I HIGHLY recommend Mark and Dreamers Travel to EVERYONE I come in contact with knowing he will provide you and friends with the same great service he gave Stacie and I. Oh did, I mention the little gift bag, The gift bag was a personal touch of goodies from Mark that I have never received from my other travel experiences, our wedding gift is one we will cherish forever. We even took Mark up on his booking bonus of offering a COMPLIMENTARY night at a Hotel at BWI-that was a nice touch and courtesy of Dreamers Travel. THANKS Mark!!!!
 
So, when you are ready to travel for whatever the reason, call Mark and give him the chance that I did and I am sure you will be pleasantly pleased with his services the same way I was pleased-Ya Mon-No Problem as they say in Jamaica.
 
To Laura and Mark-THANK you both for all you did to make our Honeymoon a special occasion, you are the best!!!!
