    Day 1DelhiWelcome to Delhi!: You will arrive at the Delhi International Airport. Delhi is India's second largest metropolis next to Mumbai, which is located in the northern part of the country. The architectural features in the city are similar to those which can be seen in Athens, Rome and Istanbul.
    Day 2DelhiExploring Delhi: Your first day you will explore the old and new city of Delhi. You'll be mesmerized by the 100-foot, red-stone boundary walls of Red Fort built during the 17th century. Opposite this ancient structure is the Jama Masjid, built in 1656. Found in front of the Jama Masjid is the 1656 AD construction of red sandstone and white marble. It is the largest mosque in India where 20,000 people can pray together. You will also tour the town in a Rickshaw. Along the streets of old Delhi you will see the Raj Ghat, Mahatma Gandhi (Father of the Nation) Memorial, which is close to the river Yamuna. Next, you will visit the Humayun Tomb of the second Mughal emperor, which was completed by his wife during the 16th century. Shahjahan had the vision for the structure of the Taj Mahal. The Qutub Minar, a 220-foot tower made by one of the first Muslim leaders in India, was built between 1199 and 1368 AD. It runs counter to Rashtrapati Bhawan, the residence of the President of India. There you'll see the buildings of government and parliament and India Gate which is 130-foot wall built in memory of the soldiers who died during the First World War.
    Day 3MandawaDelhi - Mandawa: After breakfast you will drive to Mandawa through the villages of Rajasthan. After arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. Right after lunch you will visit the 150- to 200-year-old havelies (former mansions), which were painted with natural colors. These havelies belong to the rich community, who were business persons during those days. Also, observe the daily activities of the local villagers. At night you will return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay
    Day 4BikanerMandawa - Bikaner: After breakfast, you will drive to Bikaner. Bikaner was established in 1488 by Rao Bikaji and forms an oasis in the middle of the desert with its sand dunes. The city preserves a medieval air with the sandstones houses and the city rampart. Visit the Junagarh fort which stands in a valley while the rest of Rajasthan is located on a hill, and is surrounded by a water ditch. Afterwards you will visit Asia's largest Camel Breeding Research Farm and local busy markets. You'll then return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
    Day 5JaisalmerBikaner - Oscian - Jaisalmer: After breakfast, you will drive to Jaisalmer. Enroute you will visit the 7th century Mahavira Jain Temple and 2000-year-old Jija Mata Temple at the Oscian village. You will then drive to Jaisalmer. On your drive you will view fascinating desert landscape, sheep meadows and women in their colorful Saris with water pitchers balancing on their heads. Before you arrive in Jaisalmer, you can see the fort and the beautiful city from far away. Upon arrival in Jaisalmer you will be transferred to your hotel. Before retiring at your hotel for dinner and rest, you will to to the Bada Bagh, the royal Cenotaph in the city Jaisalmer to watch the sun set and its glancing glimmer off the fort's walls.
    Day 6JaisalmerJaisalmer: After breakfast you will have all day to explore the city. You'll visit its gigantic fort that overlooks the city and forms an oasis in the desert Thar. You will see Patwaon-Ki-Haveli, Nathmalji-Ki-Haveli and Salim Singh-Ki Haveli, golden fort as well as some Jain-temples. That afternoon you will drive to the Sam Sand dunes where you will watch the beautiful sunset from the back of a camel. You will then return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
    Day 7JodhpurJaisalmer - Jodhpur: After breakfast, you will drive to Jodhpur. Jodhpur the second largest city in Rajasthan and once the capital of the Marwar. Today the city lies around the imposing Mehrangarh fort. The Mehrangarh fort was built in 1459 on a 110-foot-tall sandstone hill. From the top of the hill you can see the old town and the priests' houses painted blue which gives the town it's name of 'blue city'. You will then travel on to Jaswant Thada, a large Cenotaph, which was built in 1899 for Maharajah Jaswant Singh II. After lunch, you can stroll through the old markets, where you can also buy various spices for yourself. You will return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
    Day 8UdaipurJodhpur - Ranakpur - Udaipur: After breakfast, you will drive to Udaipur. En route you can visit Ranakpur where three beautiful Jain temples built during the 14th and 15th centuries still stand. The head temple Adinatha (1439 AD) took 65 years to carve the marble into 80 domes supported by 1444 different carved pillars (no two are alike). It is one of the five holiest places for the Jain Pilgrimage. After your visit, you will enjoy lunch at the nearby restaurant and proceed to Udaipur. Upon your arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel for an overnight stay.
    Day 9UdaipurUdaipur: During the morning you will explore Udaipur which lies in the Girwa valley in the middle of the Aravali hill and is described as a romantic city with its lakes, gardens, temple and palaces. You will visit the city palace built in 1570 AD by Maharana Udai Singh at the bank of the Pichola Lake. This impressive complex of different palaces is a mixture of Rajput and Mughal influences. You will then visit the Jagdish temple. Built in 1651 AD this temple is a beautiful example of the Nagara style temple architecture. You will also enjoy a boat trip on the Pichola Lake.You will then return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
    Day 10RoopangarhFrom Udaipur to Roopangarh: After breakfast you will drive to Roopangarh. This is a peaceful village, founded by the 5th sovereign Maharaja Kishangarh Roop Singh during the 16th century. Next, you will transfer to Fort Roopangarh, a beautiful luxury hotel and also visit the colorful villages of Roopangarh. Later on, you will spend the night at the Hotel Fort Roopangarh.
    Day 11JaipurFrom Roopangarh to Jaipur: After breakfast, you will drive to Jaipur and then transfer to the hotel for some refreshments. Then, there will be a whole day tour of Jaipur. First, visit Fort Amber (6 miles), the ancient capital of Kachhawaha Rajputs. It lies on a 400-foot hill and is surrounded by the mountain range called the Aravalli. Afterwards, you will pay a visit to the Pink City of Jaipur. On the road, you will get to experience the landmark of the city, the Hawa Mahal or Palace of the Winds. This five-story, 18th-century building has 953 windows and niches where women observed the royal procession in the streets without being seen. In addition, it goes to the fortress Amber, which is on 130-meter high hill and is surrounded by the mountain range known as the Aravalli. Then, you will get to visit the Pink City, Jaipur's Palace city (1734) which is situated in the heart of Jaipur and is now the residence of the royal family of Jaipur and is converted into a beautiful museum. After that, you will see the Jantar Mantar, an observatory. The city founder Jai Singh II built this structure in the 18th century. The instruments are no longer made of stone and marble and were used to observe the sky. By the end of the day, you will go back to the hotel to spend the night there.
    Day 12AgraJaipur - FatehpurSikri - Agra: After breakfast, you will drive to Agra. Enroute you will visit Fatehpur Sikri (22 miles from Agra), the former metropolitan of Akbar, built in 1569. Akbar moved the capital to Fatehpur Sikri, but after 13 years due to the scarcity of water, the capital was shifted to Lahore in Pakistan and later again to Agra. You will continue your drive to Agra. You will visit the world-famous Taj Mahal (built between 1631-1653 AD). A poem in white marble it was built by Mughal ruler Shah Jahan for his deceased wife Mumtaz Mahal. Its extravagant architecture reveals its secret of being one of the Seven Wonders of the World. 20,000 workers with experts from Italy, France, Iran and Asia were busied for 21 years with the monument. Afterwards you will visit the huge and massive Agra fort at the west bank of the Yamuna River. The Agra fort was built in the 16th century by Akbar and was completed by his grandson. Then you will visit Sikandra, the impressive grave of Akbar, the most powerful of all Mughal emperors which is located about 6 miles away from the city. You will then return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
    Day 13DelhiFinal Stop: From Agra to Delhi: After breakfast you will visit the famous Taj Mahal (1631-1653). This structure is a virtual poem in white marble, built by Mughal ruler Shah Jahan for his deceased wife Mumtaz Mahal. His extravagant architecture reveals her secret to be one of the Seven Wonders of the World. 20,000 workers from Italy, France, Iran and Asia were occupied for 21 years with the monument. After the visit to Agra, you will get to see a huge and massive fort to the west bank of the river Yamuna. Agra Fort was built in the 16th century by Akbar and was completed by his grandson. Then, visit Sikandra, the impressive tomb of Akbar, the most powerful of the Mughal emperors - located 6 miles away from the city. Finally, after arriving in Delhi, you can transfer to the airport your flight home.
