Easy Escapes Travel, Inc.

Travel has always been my passion.  Upon graduating with my  management degree from Pace University in NYC back in 1999, I realized that operating a customer service based travel agency would be ideal for me.

I loved to travel and I loved to help friends, family, and co-workers with their travel arrangements.  I was always the “go-to person” to find them that amazing deal. 

How it all began...

What quickly motivated me to quit my finance career and start my own travel company was the not so great experience I had with a large NYC chain travel agency who had booked my then recent trip to the Caribbean.  I was literally stranded on the beach without a hotel room while calling long distance to the travel agency that booked my flight. They passed me around the office and claimed they “couldn’t” or I should say -- didn’t feel like helping me find me a hotel room with such short notice.  I vowed to put an end to the travel agencies that don’t care about their clients. Client relationships are ultimately vital to the success of any company!

In 1999 Easy Escapes Travel, Inc. was created and has been successfully expanding each year.  Since then we continue to have excellent relationships with our tour operators and cruise lines in order to guarantee the best rates.  We proudly thrive on repeat and referral clients.  We’ve also created programs and opportunities for the entrepreneurial f/t, p/t & spare time travel agents to work from home. The truth is you don’t need a store front business in order to be a dedicated and service oriented travel expert.  A virtual office with extensive resources and training does wonderfully.

I’ve personally had the opportunity to explore most of the Caribbean & Mexico and have taken several cruises on Royal Caribbean & Carnival.  I had a picture perfect destination wedding at Melia Caribe in Punta Cana and every so often make it a habit to take a well deserved Escape to the mega resorts like Iberostar, Barcelo, and RIU properties.  Something about those white sand beaches, lazy river pools, casinos and of course the all inclusive environment that can get so addictive...

I love the travel industry! Taking a vacation not only means having a great time but it’s also a learning experience for me to pass onto my agents and to my clients alike. I take pride in caring for my agents and my clients as if they were my dearest friends – every single one of them!
