GENERAL INFORMATION
EQUIPMENT: All coaches are equipped with DVD, DIRECT TV WITH OVER 256 VIEWING CHANNELS, WI-FI, PA SYSTEM, RECLINING SEATS, FOOT RESTS, LARGE SCENIC WINDOWS, INDIVIDUAL READING LIGHTS, CLIMATE CONTROL AIR CONDITIONING, KNEELING FEATURE FOR A SAFE ENTRY AND EXIT, AND OF COURSE RESTROOMS. FEEL FREE TO BRING YOUR FAVORITE MOVIES TO WATCH WHILE TRAVELING.
INSURANCE: Maximum insurance coverage as required by FHWA and the USDOT.
RESERVATIONS: A deposit of 10%, and a signed contract is required to reserve a coach. The contract payment balance is due fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled departure date.
CANCELLATIONS: A three (3) week notification of cancellation is required in order to receive full deposit refund (less any expenses we may have incurred to help confirm your reservation). Cancellations of less than three (3) weeks, result in a non-refundable deposit.
SAFETY: In order to assure that all precautions have been taken to provide a safe and comfortable trip, we must request the following:
- Smoking or use of any Tobacco Products are NOT PERMITTED anywhere on the coach at anytime.
- Food is NOT PERMITTED on the coach, except for snacks (potato chips, candy, pretzels, etc.) NO CHEWING OR BUBBLE GUM. ONLY CLEAR DRINKS(water, sprite,ginger ale, etc.) NO COLOR DRINKS. NO FOUL LANGUAGE OR EXTRA LOUD NOISES THAT MAY DISTRACT DRIVER.
- Trash bags can be found on the side of each seat. NO COOLERS IN THE AISLE, AS THIS IS A SAFETY IMPEDES OTHER PASSENGERS' MOVEMENT TO AND FROM RESTROOM.
