GENERAL INFORMATION

EQUIPMENT: All Coaches are modern Deluxe Motorcoaches with fifty-five passenger seating, VCR, TV Monitors, DVD,  AM/FM Radio and CD Player, Reclining Seats, Full Restrooms, and Kneeling Front, for safe, easy entry and exit.

INSURANCE: Each passenger is covered by Liability Insurance while on the coach.

RESERVATIONS: A deposit of 10%, and a signed contract is required to reserve a coach. The contract payment balance is due fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled departure date.

CANCELLATIONS: A three (3) week notification of cancellation is required in order to receive full deposit refund (less any expenses we may have incurred to help confirm your reservation). Cancellations of less than three (3) weeks, result in a non-refundable deposit.

SAFETY: In order to assure that all precautions have been taken to provide a safe and comfortable trip, we must request the following:

 

1. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the coach at anytime.
   
    
2. Do not stand in the aisle while the coach is in motion. Hitting the brakes or a sudden curve could result in falling.
   
    
3. No foul language or extra loud noises.
   
    
4. Do not throw trash on the floor. Refuse on the floor could cause an accident and is unsightly. Trash bags can be found on the back of each seat. No coolers in aisle as this impedes other passengers movement to and from restroom.
