Welcome to Milan! After check-in, time to relax and unwind. Later, we enjoy a walking tour of the city center including the gothic Duomo, the 19th century Galleria and La Scala Opera House. This evening enjoy a Welcome Drink with our Tour Director and fellow travelers

Today we head to the Italian Lakes and into the Italian-speaking region of Switzerland, with a visit to
Lugano. Back in Italy enjoy a scenic drive to Lake Como, to the town of Como itself and then on to Lake Garda for six nights. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner)

First to the ancient Roman town of Vicenza before visiting Bassano del Grappa, renowned for its white brandy. Finally we visit Marostica, the beautiful 14th century town, before returning to Lake Garda, and enjoy dinner in our hotel tonight. Our excursion takes us first to Sirmione to admire the cafestle before continuing to Shakespeare's romantic Verona, where we enjoy a walking tour of the town including the Roman arena and Juliet's balcony. (Buffet breakfast) | | Day 6 | Lake Garda | Lake Garda at leisure :
After breakfast enjoy a full day at leisure to perhaps stroll along the lakeside, take an excursion to nearby Mantova visiting the magnificent Palazzo Ducale or simply relax. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner) | | Day 7 | Lake Garda | Lake Garda - Venice excursion :
On arrival in Venice we take a private cruise along the canals to St. Marks Square where we see the Basilica and the Doge's Palace. We witness a demonstration of Murano glass-blowing and are shown a Hidden Treasure before time on our own to explore. (Buffet breakfast) | | Day 8 | Lake Garda | Lake Garda at leisure :
Another full day at leisure to relax and enjoy these peaceful surroundings. Perhaps take a boat trip across the lake, or maybe join a full day excursion into the Dolomite Mountains where you can ride a cable car up one of the mountain peaks for spectacular views. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner) | | Day 9 | Milan | Lake Garda - Bergamo - Milan :
En route to Milan we visit the attractive town of Bergamo and tonight we enjoy a Farewell Dinner with our Tour Director and fellow traveling companions. (Buffet breakfast / Farewell Dinner)
