RESERVATIONS - PAYMENTS: A deposit and Passenger Reservation Contract is required to secure a reservation. The amount of deposit is determined by each individual land/ air/ cruise reservation. Reservations are taken on a first come first served basis based upon availability. FULL payment for land/ air or cruise must be received at Hogan Travel and Tours office no later then 90 days prior to the departure date. Reservations made 90 to 45 days of departure date must be paid in full at time of booking. A reservation received less then 45 days prior to the departure date will be subject to a late reservation fee of $50 to $150 depending upon the penalty imposed by the tour operator or cruise line.

PAYMENTS FOR LAND/ AIR TOURS: Payments can be made by cash, personal check, cashier check or money order for all land tours and air. No credit cards please. No personal checks will be accepted for payments 45 days or less before departure date.

PAYMENTS FOR CRUISES: Credit Cards are accepted for cruise deposits and final payments. A Credit Card Authorization Form must be on file in the agency before credit card payment can be accepted. Cash, personal checks, cashier checks and money orders can also be used for payments. LAND TOURS AND CRUISE AVAILABILITY. We recommend early booking for land, land and cruise programs due to limited availability. If a travel program is fully sold out Hogan Travel and Tours will wait list you and do all that is possible to accommodate the request. Hotel and Extended Land Programs are subject to a minimum number of guests booking and may be canceled at anytime prior to the date of departure.

ROOMS AND CRUISE CABINS: Prices are based on double occupancy. On occasions, double rooms and ship cabins are not available and triple rooms/ cabins are necessary with no reduction of price. Single rooms/ cabins are available at a supplemental cost as stated in individual itineraries. On those very rare occasions when we are not able to get a roommate for you, you will be required to pay the single room/ cabin supplement charge. Triple rooms/ ship cabins may not be available in some foreign countries and on some cruise ships. Limited numbers of single rooms/ cabins are usually available but must be requested at time of deposit payment.

SIGHTSEEING AND SHORE EXCURSION ITINERARIES: Sightseeing is included as part of the land tour package price and is under the direction of licensed local guides where required. During holidays some sightseeing sites such as museums may be closed or unavailable for visits. Hogan Travel and Tours reserves the right to vary the sequence of sightseeing and/ or to re-route the order of cities should circumstances demand it. In either case, the itinerary content will be maintained, however the order may change. Shore Excursions can only be purchased in conjunction with a scheduled cruise through the cruise line or Hogan Travel and Tours. The escorted land excursions may vary form the brochure or cancelled for any reason. CONSIDERABLE AMOUNTS OF WALKING may be necessary while sightseeing on land tour and shore excursions. There are no refunds for any unused portion of these excursions.

TAXES: Hotel taxes, airport departure taxes, government fees, port charges are added to the price of all land tours and cruises offered through Hogan Travel and Tours. Additional taxes and government fees will be added to the cost of the trip up to time of printing of airline tickets and issuing of final documents for land tours and cruises.

CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be in writing to Hogan Travel and Tours and must be signed by the person who made the original reservation. Cancellations are only effective from the day they are actually received by Hogan Travel and Tours. U.S. Postmark prevails. No refunds are issued for cancellations received after the departure date of the land tour or cruise. Penalties will apply. If you cancel your land tour or cruise after penalty segment takes effect cancellation fees and penalties will be deducted from your refund. Cancellation fees apply to each person and determined by the Terms and Conditions applying to each individual land tour and cruise.

INSURANCE. In some land and cruise packages insurance is included. Not all land and cruise packages include insurance and you will be advised accordingly with each individual land and cruise itinerary.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS: We endeavor to provide the highest level of service to all our passengers. Handicapped participants who require special assistance must be accompanied by a qualified helper who assumes total responsibility for the handicapped participants' well being. Hogan Travel and Tours is not responsible for any conditions that occur prior, during or after the tour or cruise.

BAGGAGE: Baggage allowance will be regulated by the airlines, land tour operators or cruise lines on all programs. The passenger is allowed to bring the designated allowed baggage for each program and you will be notified accordingly. Checked baggage have a maximum weight of 70 lbs and a maximum combined dimensions of 62 inches. Carry-on bag maximum dimensions of 8"x12"x20" is permitted. Luggage is the passengers responsibility and that of the airlines or cruise lines. For lost luggage claims the passenger is responsible for notifying the airline directly. Check with your carrier regarding carry-on luggage rules and regulations.

AIRLINE SEAT ASSIGNMENTS: There are no advance seat selection prior to 14 days to departures date. Every effort will be made to seat you with your travel companion but cannot be guaranteed on all flights. TWO (2) HOURS ADVANCE ARRIVAL TO DEPARTING AIRPORT IS NECESSARY BEFORE FLIGHT DEPARTURE ON ALL INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS. ONE AND ONE HALF ADVANCE ARRIVAL TO DEPARTING AIRPORT IS NECESSARY BEFORE FLIGHT DEPARTURE ON ALL DOMESTIC FLIGHTS. LIABILITY: For flight and passenger accommodations and services on all land tours, Hogan Travel and Tours is responsible for making all arrangements for tour services offered in the brochure. The airlines, hotels, land operators and other suppliers providing services are independent contractors and not agents, employees or associates of the Company. Promoters are not agents, employees or authorized representatives of Hogan Travel and Tours. Acceptance and confirmation of your reservation is at the discretion of the airlines and cruise lines even after full payment has been made. Hogan Travel and Tours assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with the service of an aircraft, motor coach, taxi cruise ship or other conveyance which may be used in the performance of its duty to the passengers. All vouchers and other documents for services issued by the Company are subject to the Terms and Conditions specified by the suppliers and to the laws of the country where services are supplied. If the tour services are indicated by the brochures cannot be supplied or there are changes in the itinerary for reasons beyond the control of the Company, we will arrange for the provisions of comparable services. Any resulting additional expenses will be payable by the passenger participant. The company reserve the right to decline, accept or retain any person as a passenger to make changes in the itinerary wherever the company deems it necessary for the comfort, convenience and safety of the passengers and to cancel a tour at any time. A minimum number of 20 passengers (unless otherwise noted) is required or the tour is subject to cancellation 120 days prior to departure date. If the Company cancels a tour, it shall have no responsibility beyond the refund of all monies paid to the Company by the passenger participant. The passenger agrees that the Company shall not be liable for any changes in the flight schedule, delays, weather conditions, damages, losses (including personal injuries, deaths or property losses) or expenses occasioned by acts or omissions of any person including suppliers providing services or for any acts of war, insurrections, revolts or other civil uprisings, military actions, strikes or acts of God occurring in either the country of origin, through passage or destination. No person other than an authorized representative of the Company by written document is authorized to vary, add or waive any terms and conditions in the tour brochure, including the Terms and Conditions set forth in the foregoing provisions. All published fares and prices are based on Euro and US dollar exchange rates and all fares are priced quoted at the time of publication are subject to change at anytime.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS: All passengers travel to foreign countries must have a valid passport. Passports should be in your possession before departure date. It is advisable to have your passport in your possession before a reservation is made but not necessary to make a reservation. Some countries require Visas. Hogan Travel and Hogan Travel and Tours assumes no liability for Passport or Visa procurement. Foreign nationals must have a valid Passport and Alien Registration Card. Foreign nationals must check with Embassies of their respective country as to USA requirements and with the International Revenue Service for any tax liability. Passport must be valid six (6) months after return date.

TRAVELING WITH CHILDERN UNDER THE AGE OF 18: Passengers traveling with a child or children under age 18 must have notarized permission from spouse or guardian. Airlines have the right to ask for the notarized permission form and could decline boarding of the Plane.

IMMUNIZATIONS: No immunization shots or vaccinations are required unless otherwise noted.

TOUR MEMBERSHIP: To promote an enriching travel experience Hogan Travel and Tours, reserves the right to accept or reject any client and remove from a tour or cruise any person whose conduct is incompatible with the interest of the tour or cruise group.

NOTE: The sequence of activities in the itineraries may change or be reversed but none will be omitted except for circumstances beyond our control. Any litigation concerning the trip, including accommodations or any other services booked through Hogan Travel and Tours, may be brought only within the state of Texas and nowhere else, and Texas law will be applicable to any and such litigation.
