DayDestinationDescription
Day 1PairsAfter transfers and a one-hour ride on the high-speed train, you'll arrive in Tours where you will be met by your English-speaking guide/driver. Your first visit will be to a passionate small producer of Bourgueil wine.

You'll then be driven to the town of Saumur where you'll have time for lunch. Saumur is famous for its sparkling wines. Your visit will feature you throught the caves dug out of rock and the methode traditionelle will be explained. You will then be treated to a tasting of their finest bubbles.

The third wine visit will be to the Chinon wine growing area. Chinon wines are red, light and tasty.

That evening, you'll sojourn in a lovely 4-star castle hotel with canopy beds. You'll enjoy a multi-course meal in their restaurant.
Day 2Loire RegionThe following day (weather permitting), you will be treated to a balloon ride or a one-hour helicopter tour that will feature some of the most stunning castles in France, including: Amboise, Chaumont, Blois, Menars, Chambord, Cheverny, and Chenonceau.

Your guide will also drive you to two chateaux in the region for visits, before dropping you off for another night in your lovely castle hotel.
