Day	Destination	Description
Day 1	Aswan	Arrive at Aswan Airport from where you will transfer to the Nile Goddess and embark the vessel. Following lunch on board, visit the High Dam and Granite Quarries. Started in 1960 and completed ten years later, the construction of this dam has saved Egypt and its heritage from flooding. Afterwards you will visit the beautiful Temple of Philae, which contains wonderful shrines and sanctuaries dedicated to the Goddess Isis. Dinner will be held on board and followed by a unique Nubian Folklore Show. Overnight in Aswan.
Day 2	Kom Ombo	After breakfast on board you can sail around Kitchener's Island on a traditional felucca. Set sail for Kom Ombo and enjoy lunch on board. Later, tour the Kom Ombo Temple which is a site comprising two temples dedicated to the gods Sobek (the Crocodile God) and Haroeris (Horus the Elder). In ancient times, crocodiles could be seen basking on the banks of the river here. Reboard the Nile Goddess and continue sailing to Edfu where you will visit the Temple of Horus, considered the best-preserved temple in Egypt and one of the finest examples of pharaonic architecture existing today. After dinner the Nile Goddess departs for Esna while you enjoy tonight's amusing on-board entertainment, a Galabya costume party. Overnight in Esna.
Day 3	Karnak	The Nile Goddess sets sail for your final destination on this cruise, Luxor. Enjoy lunch on board after which you will discover the ancient treasures of the East Bank. Karnak Temple is a vast complex of temples, chapels and other buildings that was developed over a period of more than 1300 years and is the world's largest ancient religious site. Then it is on to Luxor Temple. Looming over the Nile, this temple was built by the New Kingdom Pharaoh Amenophis III and was expanded over the course of subsequent centuries by some famous Pharaohs including Ramses II. Return to the vessel for afternoon tea. Tonight dinner will be followed by an extraordinary Belly Dance Show. Overnight in Luxor.
Day 4	Luxor	Disembark the Nile Goddess after breakfast and take part in one last shore excursion - discovering the renowned West Bank. Explore the Valley of the Kings where the rulers of ancient dynasties carved their tombs into the limestone mountains. Next, tour the mortuary temple of Hatshepsut, the only woman pharaoh to reign in the New Kingdom, and the Colossi Memnon. Afterwards , transfer to the Sofitel Karnak hotel (or similar) in Luxor where you will spend the night.
Day 5	Luxor	Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and transfer to Luxor Airport.
