Newly built in 2001, and refurbished in 2006, the MV Casanova is deluxe, carrying 96 passengers in 48 cabins. She is distinguished by staterooms on her upper deck featuring full-length French doors, which can be opened (cabins on the lower deck have large windows). Original works of art can be found throughout the vessel. All double cabins are identical in size and are beautifully appointed with built-in closets, desk, shower and toilet, television, telephone and 4 channel radio. Hairdryer and terry robes are available upon request. Bedding is European style duvets with feather pillows and eiderdowns (synthetic materials available upon request).

The vessel features six meals daily (Breakfast, Morning Bouillon, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Dinner and Midnight Snack). All meals are single seating with evening meals up to nine courses on selected nights. Additionally, there is a bar, Panorama Restaurant, lounge as well as an infirmary with a qualified doctor on board. The Sun Deck offers plenty of deck chairs and blankets, if needed. Captain's Welcome and Captain's Farewell Receptions are provided as well as nightly entertainment and dancing. There is one crew member for every 2.5 passengers providing about the best crew to passenger ratio of any river vessel. This allows for a high level of service as well as sumptuous meals, served course by course for the evening dinner. English language announcements, menus and daily programs are provided.

    Aschaffenburg was called the Nice of Bavaria by King Ludwig I because of its convivial Mediterranean atmosphere. It's home to Germany's largest Renaissance palace, the Johannisburg Castle, which is full of art treasures.

    A university town on the River Main, surrounded by vineyards of the Franconia wine region. You can sample the local products at the Burgerspital zum Heiligen Geist winery in the town center.     Two cities in one, Buda on the hillside and Pest on the flat land across the Danube, this is the city of mineral spas and Turkish baths fed by natural spring water from the surrounding hills. On the riverbank sits the Parliament building, a vast ornate Gothic masterpiece which dominates the waterfront. On the hill opposite is the Castle district with its citadel, royal palace and Cathedral, and beneath is a warren of natural caves and tunnels. Margaret Island in the middle of the river is a favorite spot for relaxation and a picnic, a haven of peace away from the bustling city streets of the modern city.
