Day 1Saint-LouisDepart from Dakar in the morning. Visit a market in Thies, known for its fabrics and medicinial herbs, as well as a tapestry factory. Arrive in Saint-Louis for lunch. Explore Saint-Louis, including the Governor's Palace, Faidherbe Square, and marketplace. Take horse drawn carriage through Guet Ndar. Overnight in Saint-Louis. After breakfast, depart to bird sanctuaries, which feature pelicans, egrets, flamingos, fishing eagles and more. Lunch. Return to Dakar, visiting villages and markets on the way.
