Arrival Transfers: Airport to ship arrival transfers provided for all Air/Sea guests and any guests whose flight details were given to Trafalgar. Flights need to arrive Nuremberg no later than 3pm on the day of embarkation.Passengers will need to make their way to the meet and greet area where they will be met by a representative holding a TRAFALGAR UNIWORLD sign. Passengers arriving outside the official dates of arrival shown in the brochure will need to make their own arrangements or purchase a private transfer.Departure Transfers: Ship to Airport departure transfers provided on day of debarkation for all Air/Sea guests and any guests whose flight details were given to Trafalgar. Transfers will be provided to the Vienna airport up to 12 noon on day of debarkation.Passenger flight details must be given to Trafalgar 45 days days prior to departure in order to qualify for these tranfers.Important Note: Complimentary transfers will vary on certain tours especially if a Land portion is included on the tour.
