Canyon River Ranch is a unique and very special property. Located in the pristine Yakima River Canyon, it sits along Washington State’s only catch-and-release Blue Ribbon trout stream, a year round fishery for wild rainbow trout. The Canyon is also home to deer, elk, big horn sheep, quail, and chukar partridge. It is here that a very special community is being created, an offering for those with an appreciation of the natural beauty and climate of this ecosystem, and the activities that surround it. Less than two hours from Seattle, it is an easily accessible retreat from the hustle and bustle, the deadlines and traffic, the clouds and the rain.
This private community will be built around a large area of shared-ownership property, including spacious river front, and a decorative vineyard. A beautiful rustic lodge will be the center of activity, and will have 10 ownership suites available to rent for your custom fishing excursion. Additionally, a limited number of fully serviced cabin sites will be present by the river and on the slope overlooking the canyon.
