Travel with Joy 1st, LLC is owned and operated by Joyce Neal. Joyce Neal has been in the travel industry since 1994. Ms. Neal is a Caribbean Destination Specialist certified by the Travel Institute.

The staff of Travel with Joy 1st has traveled extensively all over the Caribbean, Hawaii, West Africa, United States, Canada, and some parts of Europe. Each destination offers educational experiences that allow them to offer the right destination for each one of you.

There is a Master Cruise Counselor certified by CLIA (Cruise Line International Association) on site. It is necessary to participate in training seminars, complete ship inspections, and, sail on different cruise lines to obtain this certification. Loving every minute of it, Joyce and her staff has completed 54 cruises during the past 29 years.
