Bermuda is an islolated bit of paradise in the Atlantic Ocean. Immaculate and very friendly, the country has a wide variety of accommodations, excellent shopping (especially for goods from Great Britain and Europe), great entertainment and superb restaurants. It is a bit more formal than the islands of the Caribbean.

A rail line once ran through the island. Its right-of-way is now a walking path (ask for a copy of the Bermuda Railway Trail Guide at the tourist office)...The country is divided inot administrative zones called parishes..To reduce traffic jams, Bermudians are allowed only one car per family...To get around the island, rent bicycles and motorbikes or take buses (tokens or correct change required), or taxis. There are no rental cars. Driving is on the left, with a 20 mph - 32 kph speed limit.
