4 Day Chongqing to Yichang Cruise aboard the Victoria Anna
The Three Gorges are some of the most impressive sculptures found in nature. The scenery alternates from peaceful and forested mountains to dramatic canyon walls. In addition to the Three Gorges (and depending on river conditions) join shore excursions to fascinating destinations such as Fengdu, the "Ghost City" known for its gardens and temples. Also see the smaller, narrow gorges along the Daning River that feed into the Yangtze.
The Victoria Anna sets new standards for Yangtze River cruising, and it is the river's largest and most luxurious ship. It has two restaurants, two elevators, a three-story atrium lobby, two lounges, three bars, a gym, lecture room, library, beauty salon, massage room, and gift shop.

| Day | Destination | Description |
| Day 1 | Chongqing | Embark the Victoria Anna in Chongqing, a dazzling mountain city sitting on the confluence of the Yangtze and Jialing Rivers. The 3,000 year old city was once the capital of the ancient Ba Kingdom and more recently the war-time capital of the Chiang Kai-shek Nationalist government during World War II. Currently, Chongqing is an important economic center and transportation hub in Southwest China. |
| Day 2 | Fengdu | Cruise the Yangtze River and take in the vertical limestone cliffs. Your journey will take you through the Three Gorges, one of nature's most extraordinary sculptures. The cliff wall rises 4,000 feet in some places. Take a morning excursion to Fengdu and see the plethora of demon-decorated temples, buildings and statues that earned this river town the nickname "Ghost City." (Depending on river conditions, an alternate excursion may be made at Shibaozhai, a magnificent wooden pavilion constructed without nails and a gem of Chinese architecture.) In the evening, enjoy an elegant family-style dinner reflecting China's evolving culinary landscape and incorporating a fusion of Western dishes. |
| Day 3 | Lesser Three Gorges | Take an enchanting and tranquil voyage down the Lesser Three Gorges, depending on water levels. Board a riverboat and embark on a journey through "Dragon Gate," "Misty Gorge" and "Emerald Gorge." After returning to the cruise ship, you will travel through the Three Gorges ship locks. At dusk, join the captain for delicious farewell dinner. |
| Day 4 | Yichang | In the morning, visit the site of the controversial Three Gorges Dam, the largest water conservation project ever undertaken by man. Then, disembark in Yichang, a once sleepy first-century town that has been transformed into a thriving metropolis since construction of the dam began. |
