Yaqeta Island is part of the group of 20 ancient volcanic islands known as the Yasawas. They are mainly uninhabited and are strikingly beautiful, with white sand beaches and spectacular crystal-clear lagoons. Less developed than the nearby Mamanucas, the 16 Yasawa islands and smaller islets are noted for their lush hilltops, classic palm-fringed white-sand beaches, and brilliant coral reefs.

Yaqeta Island offers natural tropical beauty, including beautiful beaches and great diving and snorkeling in clear, turquoise lagoons. Access is usually by boat or helicopter from Nadi.
