    Complimentary Transfers

  • With Trafalgar you will receive our included group arrival and departure transfers on the cruise/tour start/end dates if you purchase your flights through Trafalgar on a Trafalgar recommended airline.
  • Cruise-only passengers making their own air arrangements will receive the included group arrival and departure transfers onthe cruise/tour start/end dates if they provide us with their flight information 30 days in advance of arrival in the embarkation city.
  • Passengers flight arrangements must coincide with our cruise/tour start/end days and embarkation/debarkation cities only.
  • In order to receive an airport to ship tranfer the flights must arrive no later than 14.00 on the day of passenger embarkation. As mentioned above these transfers are group transfers and passengers may experiencea short waiting period between transfers. Passengers will nedd to make their own way to the meet and greet area where they will be met by a representative holding a Trafalgar Uniworld sign.
  • Ship to airport departure transfers are provided to the airport up until 12 noon on day of debarkation.
  • Passengers arriving outside these times will need to make their own arrangements.
  • We regret that we are unable to book extra night accomodation for River Cruises.

    Please noteHoliday Markets generally open through Dec 23. We reserve the right to substitute appropriate sights & excursions in keeping with the celebrations of the season. The New year's cruise will have no Holiday Markets.
