 Begin with a 3-night stay in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. There is plenty of free time for exploring this famous city on your own, plus enjoy guided city sightseeing. Next, fly to Iguassu Falls and spend two nights surrounded by the marvelous scenery of this natural wonder. Fly to Buenos Aires, Argentina, where you enjoy guided city sightseeing and free time. Next, become acquainted with Lima with guided city sightseeing and exploration time. In Cuzco, guided city sightseeing visits several of the ancient sites. An excursion to the small market town of Pisac allows you to visit with locals and buy local wares before visiting the Incan fortress of Ollantaytambo. The highlight of your trip begins with a train ride through the Sacred Valley to Machu Picchu for time to explore the intact fortress. You may even want to walk up to the Sun Gate, the ancient entrance used by the Incas. After a morning at leisure in Machu Picchu, return to Cuzco for some free time followed by a free day in Lima that lets you tailor your time in the way you want.

Air booked in conjunction with a land vacation is considered an air-inclusive vacation. Air can only be booked by Globus in conjunction with a land package and is only available for passengers traveling from the United States. For vacation departures in 2008, your final air-inclusive vacation price is guaranteed when your air schedule had been confirmed and your entire vacation package has been paid in full. For vacation departures in 2009, an additional $250 non-refundable deposit (total $500 non-refundable) is required for air booked in conjunction with any land vacation and your final air-inclusive vacation price is guaranteed when your flight information is confirmed and Globus has received your full land and air deposit.
