Please Be Advised Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach will be renovating and enhancing guest rooms with new air conditioning systems, new tiles, new beds, mattresses, comforters and drapes; new refrigerators, electronic safes, coffee-makers and doors with electronic keys. All guest bathrooms will receive updates, as will the lobby, lounge area and buffet restaurant. The resort is investing in a whole new atmosphere! Renovations will take place in phases so as not to disturb guests, these enhancements will take place between September 1, 2009 and October 31, 2009.
