Leaving the city,we travel south to Philadelphia for a visit to the award-winning National Constitution Center and the Liberty Bell Center, home of the Liberty Bell. We view Independence Hall where the Declaration of Independence was signed in 1776, before continuing to Washington DC, the nation's capital. This evening we enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.
