The Texas Legislature has also set a presumed Standard Possession Order for the non-custodial parent:

Each case is unique and there may be reasons in any individual case to make it appropriate to vary from the legislative presumptions. Greg Gegenheimer will take the time to listen to you and understand your individual situation to determine whether or not it is appropriate to deviate from the guidelines. If the guidelines are not appropriate for your situation and needs, Mr. Gegenheimer is a vigorous advocate to press your claim before the Court.

If you have questions regarding your child support obligation, enforcing visitation rights, or enforcing child support, give Greg Gegenheimer a call today.
