Refund/Cancellation Policy

We do NOT charge for our services EXCEPT for Air, Car or Hotel ONLY Bookings.
We DO charge fees for CHANGES and/or CANCELLATIONS based on the following:


ALL CHANGES			$25 per person Minimum plus Supplier Change Fees/Penalties and/or increases in fare


FULL CANCELLATIONS			WITHOUT Insurance is subject to 100% cancellation penalty!
			Air/Car/Hotel Only bookings are subject to a $50 per person or 10% of the total cancellation penalty (whichever is the lesser amount)if cancelled within the vendor/supplier guidelines.

			ALL AIRFARE IS COMPLETELY NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERRABLE AND NON-CANCELLABLE ONCE PAID FOR

FULL CANCELLATIONS			WITH Insurance is subject to $100 per person penalty with Endless Summer Travel OR 15% of the total (whichever is the lesser amount). Refunds will then be subject to the Insurance terms & Conditions of the insurance policy.


These fees to Endless Summer Travel are in ADDITION to any fees that may be charged by the suppliers and are NOT covered by any type of insurance plan. These fees must be paid by Cash, Money Order, Credit Card or Debit Card before cancellation notice can be given to the supplier.

Endless Summer Travel recommends the purchase of travel protection to protect against unforeseen trip cancellation and family or medical emergencies. In the event that you decline this protection, the cost of your travel will NOT be refunded if you need to cancel your travel arrangements for any reason.

Notice of Agency Status Endless Summer Travel, through whom you have purchased your travel products, are acting merely as agents on behalf of the various travel providers. It is our aim to provide you with the best quality product in the market place. However, we cannot bear any responsibility for the fulfillment of the services of the various travel providers, nor for any loss or damage occasioned by failure of any travel provider to perform as promised or to use all reasonable care in the provision of services. We advise all of our clients to purchase travel insurance to protect against operator default, accidents, sickness, trip cancellation, lost or delayed baggage, etc.
