Our Motor Coach Trips

All our motor coach tours are carefully selected and tailored to provide a quality trip with the ultimate value for you, our treasured client. Discover why we get rave reviews for all of our trips. Motor coach Trip Policies:

1. All reservations are made when deposit is made, or in the case of day trips, full payment.
2. We assign seats in the theater based on the date of your first payment.
3. We try our best to seat people together of they have indicated such. However, we do allow a great deal of flexibility and use our discretion to enhance your enjoyment.
4. If you have any special needs that require special seating on the bus or for a performance, or for any other special needs, such as handicapped facilities, it is your responsibility to let us know at the time you sign up for a trip. All rooms are non-smoking unless you request otherwise.
5. Cash or checks are accepted. We do not accept credit cards for day trips. Credit Cards are accepted for some overnight trips, but for the most part we have priced the trip most economically by only accepting checks or cash. Call us for exceptions.
6. Gratuities: Motorcoach drivers and tour escort tips are not included unless specified.
7. CANCELLATION POLICIES: For day trips, payments are refundable only if bus minimums have been met (usually 40). On overnight trips, deposits are refundable up to the date that the full payment is due, but may incur a small administrative fee of $25 per room. BROADWAY SHOWS, SPECIAL PERFORMERS and SPECIAL PERFORMANCES are non refundable. Once full payment is made, all space is non-refundable unless we can clear someone from the WAITLIST. (see below)
8. WAITLIST POLICY: If we have sold all the seats on our bus and once everyone has paid in full...we will be glad to re-sell your cancelled space from our WAITLIST. Once the waitlisted clients have paid us we will refund your money. No shows are non-refundable.

We highly recommend trip insurance. Ask us about it.

1. Gylands' Getaways is acting as an intermediary or agent for hotels, restaurants, museums etc. Therefore Gylands' will not be responsible for the careless action of these suppliers which may result in loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions.
2. For Groups of 15 or more we are able to arrange a customized pick-up point for most trips, if you wish.
3. Gylands' Getaways reserves the right to alter all trip features and itineraries. Prices are accurate as to the best of our knowledge. We reserve the right to change a price if we discover an unintended discrepancy.
