V.I.P. Travel is equipped with Galileo's Apollo Reservation System. This system provides us with direct access to all the major and commuter airline schedules and fares, both domestic and international. It provides us with availability on car rentals and hotel rooms, weather and airport information, currency rates and other travel-related information.

Airfares-Cars & Hotels
V.I.P. Travel's corporate travel policy ensures the lowest rates. V.I.P. alerts travelers to all discounted rates on air, car rentals and hotels. V.I.P Travel's discount hotel program provides travelers with corporate and preferred rates at over 13,000 properties worldwide.

Reservations by Fax or Email
V.I.P. Travel makes it convenient to make travel reservations. Faxed and emailed travel requests receive same day or next day processing in accordance with the traveler's instructions.

International Travel
V.I.P. Travel assists travelers in obtaining passports, visas, required pictures, and all travel related customs documents.

Businesses located within 15 miles of either V.I.P. office may receive tickets via courier.

Quality Control
V.I.P. Travel uses the Cornerstone Information System, an automated quality control system to monitor travel information. Cornerstone passes corporate travel information through a series of checks on preferred seating, lowest fares, and waitlist clearance assisting us in reaching our goal of 100% accuracy.

The Seat Manager - works around the clock searching for and reserving preferred seating. Seating is checked up to 23 hours prior to departure or until the desired seat is obtained.

Waitlist Manager - continues to check for availability confirming waitlisted segments.
Fare Manager - rates are checked continuously up to departure, guaranteeing the lowest possible fare.
Alternate Routing - checks the routing on your ticket regardless of connections or carrier and can produce significant savings.
QC Expert - verifies 75 items on each reservation for compliance with your corporate travel policy and ensures reservations are error-free.

24 Hour Service
