In order to be able to continue to provide the full, professional service that our customers have come to expect from World Travel we have revised our processing fee schedule as follows effective January 1, 2008. Should you have any questions regarding these charges please contact Jean Patton.

 

  1.  A minimum of a $30.00 non-refundable fee per domestic coach airline ticket, $50.00 per international airline ticket, and $100.00 per business or first class airline ticket.  Higher fees may apply.

 

  2.  $30.00 non-refundable fee per person for an Amtrak ticket.

 

  3.  $50.00 fee to process each voucher or coupon for an airline ticket or to research availability of airline mileage program tickets.

 

  4.  $50.00 fee per ticket to process exchanges or refunds of airline or rail tickets.

 

  5.  $30.00 fee per ticket to change or cancel a reservation on non- refundable tickets after ticketing.  Must be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of ticketing.

 

  6.  $25.00 per person non-refundable cancellation charge on tours, cruises, and non-ARC air reservations after deposit has been made.  A $50.00 per person non-refundable cancellation charge applies after final payment has been made.  These fees are in addition to any penalties assessed by the tour or cruise company.

 

  7.  $100.00 prepaid, non-refundable research fee per destination for planning Fully Independent Travel or custom vacation.  Fee will be applied toward final payment on purchased travel/vacation.

 

  8.  $30.00 fee to research and prepare copies of past travel documentation.

       

  9.  $20.00 fee for express shipment of payments or documents.

 

10.  $35.00 fee for all checks returned for non-sufficient funds.
