Eastern Seaboard & Cape Cod

- Explore the forest trails of Kejimkujik National Park
- Venture into Acadia National Park from Bar Harbour
- Sail out to Martha's Vineyard from Cape Cod

Nova Scotia
The high stone citadel at Halifax, overlooking one of the finest harbours in the world, marks the start of our exploration of the wild, yet beautiful, North American Atlantic seaboard. On Nova Scotia we walk through the rich forests of Kejimkujik National Park, take a ferry out to the rugged outcrop, Brier Island, and there's the opportunity for whale watching from Digby in zodiac boats.

Acadia National Park
Taking the ferry from Yarmouth, we sail into Bar Harbour, one of the most attractive towns on the Maine coast. Surrounded on all sides by the stunning Acadia National Park, the variety of activities available here is almost limitless. Exploring by bike and on foot are the best ways to discover the park's easily accessible interior, on offer for the mariners; "windjammer" trips, whale watching and sea fishing.

Cape Cod & Martha's Vineyard
Continuing down the coast, we leave Maine and heading through New Hampshire in to Massachusetts take the fast ferry across to Provincetown on Cape Cod. In the footsteps of the first pilgrims to land here in 1620, we discover a long, sandy peninsula where Atlantic rollers come crashing in. From the captivating island of Martha's Vineyard we head to Boston to enjoy this most European of American cities.
