The Divi Little Bay Beach Resort sits on a private peninsula between two beautiful bays in Dutch St. Maarten offering guests stunning views and long stretches of sandy beach. Please Note: Currently this property is undergoing the last stages of a $25 million renovation. All room renovations are now complete, with newly redecorated rooms.New pathways are in place, tennis courts are finished and landscaping is completed! Just two projects remain, the New Beachside Grill and Bar will replace the bar lost to Hurricane Omar and provide the resort with another casual dining option. Construction begins in May and will be completed in July 2009. New Seabreeze Pool Deck New pool deck and shade area surrounding Seabreeze pool and restaurant. Construction begins May 11 and will be completed by June 1, 2009. The pool will be out of service, but two pool options remain available on property during this timeframe. The Seabreeze Restaurant may be closed, if so, 3 meals daily will be served at Toucan's Restaurant.
