Michael Martin, Chris Unstead & Devin Fleming

Michael Martin: Michael’s experience onboard cruise ships as well escorting travelers to incredible destinations, provided great insight to the ins and outs of where to go, how to get there and what to do once there for some of the major high end destinations around the world.  His specialty is luxury real estate ... villas in Italy and Portugal, grand manors of England, intimate island resorts and incredible private home rentals for a romantic getaway for two or a vacation with some of your favorite people.  His meticulous nature, attention to the smallest detail and his vast travel experience provide him the ability to research, arrange and oversee any travel plans.  Ask Michael about wrestling a sea lion which chose to take an afternoon nap on his ship’s gangway in Argentina.

Chris Unstead: Originally from London, Chris is our Senior Travel Consultant and Advisor.  He currently resides in Miami, Florida where he works for Carnival Cruise Lines as Entertainment Staff Supervisor, managing a team of 300 employees.  Chris has been in the travel industry since 1985, and has spent many years traveling the world with numerous cruise lines as a dancer, entertainer, cruise staff, assistant cruise director.   He has traveled literally to all four corners of the earth, every continent including both the north and south poles on the classic liner, Marco Polo and has lived in and escorted travelers to destinations in Europe, South America, Africa, Russia and Asia which provided in depth knowledge of the best things to do, see and experience in important adventure destinations.

Devin Fleming: As a former entertainer, cruise staff member, assistant cruise director, cruise director and hotel director, all the bases are covered when it comes to knowledge of guest service, travel arrangements, sight seeing opportunities and the necessary attention to detail and industry knowledge for the perfect adventure or getaway.  Starting in the “vacation industry” in 1983 on his first ship for Home Lines Cruises, Devin went on to work for Carnival Cruise Lines for 15 years, consulted for 3 major cruise lines, and has traveled the world seeking out interesting, historical and memorable culinary experiences.  Although virtually unable to boil water, his desire to seek out the world’s best wines and culinary delights led to the creation of UpperCrustTravel.
