This flying safari departs year round to private camps and lodges across Namibia. Two days will be spent marveling at the sand dunes of Sossusvlei. A further two days will be spent traveling up the Skeleton coast to Swakopmund and Damaraland, offering a very different wildlife experience. Two more days will be spent at Etosha National Park before returning back to Windhoek. Guests are transported between camps by light aircraft, allowing greater flexibility of schedules and customized itineraries.

Itinerary

Days 1-2 Depart Windhoek for Sossusvlei Wilderness Camp. Explore the Tsauchab River and the heart of Sossusvlei by 4-wheel drive vehicles, with an option to go hot-air ballooning at extra cost. Days 3-4 Depart by light aircraft and fly over the dunes of the Namib towards Meob Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Fly up the Skeleton Coast visiting Walvis Bay, and Swakopmund. Depart Swakopmund for a further flight over the Skeleton Coast into Damaraland Camp for two nights. Highlights include nature excursions in search of the rare Desert Elephant. Days 5-6 Fly to Ongava for two nights at Etosha national Park. Highlights include night drives, walks and hides. Day 7 Depart Ongava for your flight back to Windhoek and the end of your memorable safari.

Accommodation: 6 nights permanent tented safari camps or lodges with private facilities.
