How Your Booking is Processed....
Once you have made your initial deposit, then you'll have a confirmation from us, usually via email. On this confirmation, you'll see your cruise line reservation number, highlighted in green, on the left, just above "Passenger Details". You can use this number to access your reservation at the cruise line's website for shore excursions, onboard dining & entertainment options, etc.
When your balance is due, you'll receive a reminder from us and then we will process your credit card, just as we did with your deposit (you can advise us to use the same card, or a different card), but we will not process the balance until we have your permission to do so.
After you have paid in full, the cruise line will normally issue 'electronic documents'. Once they have done so, we will send you a copy of your itinerary, along with your luggage tags and any other information needed for your trip, usually 3 to 4 weeks prior to departure.
