Using the Image Library |
OLA has an Image Library with hundreds of images
available for you to use on your site. To view and use the library:
· From your Dashboard, click on the "site" tab in top navigation the page.
· Click the "images" link.
· Select the "library" button at the top of the page.
Figure 1:
· Assume you want to find some beach and cruise images from the library so you can use them later when you're building pages.
· Select "scenery/beach" from the category pull-down list and click the "search" button.
· Use the checkboxes to pick as many photos as you'd like and click the green "include" button at the bottom of the page.
· You'll know that the Library images have been added for your use when you see the green checkboxes show up in the "included" column.
· NOTE: If there are 2 versions/sizes of a specific image (i.e. one is called a "thumbnail"), you may want to select both sizes.
· A Thumbnail is a smaller version of an image and you'll want to use them differently than you'll want to use the standard size version. For example, the smaller versions could be used in your Promotion Teaser Box and the larger version could be used in the Promotion content. For more information on Promotions, click here.
