Figure
2: Now that
you're logged into your account, you'll be on your "Dashboard", which
is your main Online Agency account page.
The
demonstration site used in this example is for a company called "Travel
Unlimited". As you follow along in your account, your company name will
appear wherever the example site shows "Travel Unlimited".
Click
on the "Pages of Content" link to go to your Editable version of your
Home Page.

Figure 2
Figure
3: Here on
the editable version of your Home Page, you'll see several yellow buttons that
say "Links".
Click
on the link box yellow button that you'd like to edit. From here you can add
links using the Link Box Builder. To access the Link Box Builder on pages other
than your Home Page, simply use the Sitemap on the far right side of your page
to navigate to the page that you'd like to add links to and follow the same
steps listed above.
NOTE:
If you're editing an existing links box, you'll be starting with the page of
the editor described on page 5 of this document.

Figure 3
Figure
4: Start by
naming your link box by entering a link box title in the text field at
the top of your page. You could call your Box: Helpful Links, Featured
Destinations, or Our Specialties. Make sure you choose a name that will
describe the collection of links that you're going to add.
Make
sure you're using the Basic version of the Links Builder by leaving the
"Basic Version" radio button selected. (When you're more comfortable
with this process, you can try out the advanced version.) Once you've entered
your Link Box name, click the "next" button.

Figure 4
Figure
5: Next you
will create your 1st link. You'll notice a sample of your link box (in the top
right corner of the page) that shows you how each of the fields will look on
your site.
NOTE:
There is an image that shows you each of these fields on page 3.
o
Enter
your link title (i.e. Alaska)
o
Enter
your link description (i.e. Take a Cruise)
o
Select
an image by using one of the options below:
§
No image (Your link will not have an image associated with it.)
§
Select one of your images (Pick from one of the images that you uploaded to
the site using the Image section. Image upload is accessible from the top
navigation bar by clicking on Site, then Images, then Upload.)
§
Select
one of the images you decided to include from the Online Agency Image
Library (Accessible from the top navigation bar by clicking on Site, then
Images, then Library.)
§
Enter
a maximum size for your image. The default size for your image is 100
pixels. To make your image smaller, reduce the width from the default of 100.
§
Enter
an ALT tag that describes your image. Alt tags have traditionally been used to
provide a description of images to browsers that have images turned off and for audio
browsers for the blind community. As Search Engines can't see images either,
they use alt tags to determine what content is being provided by your image.
§
Enter
an Image Byline if you're using one of your images and you need to give photo
credit.
o
Select
a URL where your link should go by using one of the options below:
§
None
(Your link will not go anywhere.)
§
One of your pages (Select from one of your Online Agency pages.)
§
OLA Content (Browse for an appropriate
page. For instance, if you want to highlight Mexico, enter Mexico into the text
entry box and click the search button. This will return all OLA pages that are
related to Mexico. Then select the page you'd like to link to.)
§
External URL (First select whether the page your linking to is an http:// or
https:// page or select to make your
link a mailto/email link. Then enter the path i.e. www.url.com.)
o
Define
how you want your link to behave by specifying if it should open in a 2nd
browser window. We recommend that links to External URLs should open in a 2nd
window. Links within your site should not open in a second window.

Figure 5
Figure
6: When
you're done entering the information about your link described above, you have
2 options.
o
Create another link: Select the add another link to my box radio
button and click the next button.
§
If
you select this option, create as many links as you'd like and when you're
done, select the put my links in order radio button and click the next button
to continue with ordering your links.
o
Place your links in order: Select the put my links in order radio button
and click the next button.

Figure 6
For this example, we're going to select Create
another link and click the next button. Go ahead and repeat the same
process you used above and create a few more links. For today's example, we're
going to create 2 more links for the Caribbean and Europe.
When this is complete change the radio button to Place
your links in order and click the next button.
Figure
7: From the
Ordering Links page, you can do the following:

Figure 7
Figure 8: For this example, we would like to add a subhead
and a divider to our link box. Enter 1 into the Subheads field and 2 into the
Dividers field and click the add button. If we wanted to add additional
links to our box, we would use the add links field and follow the same process.

Figure 8
Figure 9: Now can see that we have added our Subhead and our
Dividers into our link box as they appear in our table.

Figure 9
Figure 10: In order to place them in order (rank) we will
determine the order by entering the rank (from 1-6) into the rank field
and click the rank button. After
we're done with our ranking (and any other editing that we might want to do),
make sure the define the style of my box is selected and click the next
button.

the Style page, you can set the following:
We’re
not going to include borders, but will we include bullets and will justify our
text to the left. When you're done on the style page, select the finish button
to complete your box.

Figure 11
Figure

will take you back to the editable version of your page and you can see your
finished box. To make any changes, simply select the yellow link box button and
